家园作为一个体制来讲，您又是这里的家长。您爱家庭里的每一个成员，像自己的孩子一样呵护着。孩子犯了错误，您会站出来纠正教育；孩子有了成绩，您会及时给与鼓励；孩子有了困难，你会毫不犹豫走上去帮助；孩子有了迷惑，您会理智的指点迷津；孩子受了挫折，您会真诚鼓舞他站起来。对这些事情，您做的不露声色，受得泰然，当得起，因为您是家长。授予者能感觉到您那颗缱绻的心。

        生活中您又像一个兄长。号称红尘一僧，其实也就是滚滚红尘中的一个凡人，因为您不是圣人，所以您有可敬可爱的一面，也有可憎可恶的一面。在您面前可以轻松自在的撒娇，也可以泼皮无赖的打闹，您只是宽容的微微一笑，显出您的大度。而没有人可以冲撞你思想固守的堡垒，虽然您也在展望中不断调整这个堡垒的边界，但是您是绝对不允许践踏这个界限的。这些也足以说明您还是一个地地道道的凡夫俗子，是有人性的。

       我以前在别的地方玩，都是偶尔而为之，去了以为自己就是客，走了也不感觉多欠谁。来到家园，您把我变成了家人，我成了这个家庭里面的实实在在的一分子。客人和家人是有很大差别的。客人是附属物，没有太多的情分，做客免不了生分和拘束，但是没有负担：家人是手足，有一种真挚的情爱，在家是一种宁静和踏实，却多了一份责任。我爱这个家，爱这个家里的所有的成员，更爱这个家里作为家长的您。我希望能和您一起一生相伴，快乐幸福的生活在这个大家庭里。
